保存数据的时候出现 Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in XXX已解决悬赏5积分

在提BUG 和 修改BUG，还有在完成任务的时候，经常出现

Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\xampp\zentao\lib\phpmailer\class.smtp.php 

Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\xampp\zentao\framework\base\router.class.php

在log日志中出现报错最多的就是这两个地方。
