1、您好，目前甘特图插件还没有兼容到16.1 版本，可以等甘特图插件兼容到16.1 版本再安装一下，可以先卸载一下插件。
2、如果无法卸载，可以替换一下禅道的运行代码：
替换一下禅道的运行代码文件,把禅道当前运行代码文件夹改名（一般默认是 zentao 或者 zentaopms）改名后网上下载相同版本禅道的源码解压后放在同目录下面保持文件夹名字和之前禅道运行代码文件夹名称相同然后把原先文件夹中的 config/(my.php) www/data/upload/1 www/.ztaccess www/.htaccess 拷贝到新禅道文件夹对应目录,再访问禅道试试
