我也遇到这个问题，而且为什么的状态显示已解决，却没有任何解决方法

页面不动表示有错误，需要找到日志才能进行判断，找一下php的日志（5.2.1之后的版本可以查看 zentao/tmp/log/php开头的对应日期的文件）。问题最后回复一定时间后如果没有新的回复会自动关闭。

我安装的是7.2开源版本的，在xampp\tmp这个目录里面找到的最新的日志内容如下：
